Meet the Team


For over 30 years, as the founder and owner of a successful consulting practice focused on the AEC industry and various Public Agencies, Randy provides a wealth of integrated expertise. Specific areas of consulting include business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, training and coaching and project management expertise in a wide variety of consulting and community planning projects. Randy holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and has maintained professional certifications in project management, corporate mergers and acquisitions and professional development.

Randy speaks frequently at national and regional professional association meetings, and for the past 20 years has served on the faculty of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). Currently, he teaches a Masters class on ‘Strategic Marketing’ in their Core Competencies for Principals program. He has also served regularly as a guest lecturer at Seattle University teaching project management and client relations courses in the School of Engineering. Widely published, Randy has written over 100 articles on client relations, leadership, corporate finance, project management and marketing strategy.

Glenda’s background as a High School teacher in math and science as well as the owner of an interior design firm has helped to shape the firm’s communications, community outreach and client perception programs. With over 25 years of experience, she is instrumental in supporting the firm’s community engagement assignments, client perception studies and internal staff perception studies. Glenda has polled and interviewed hundreds of clients who have readily offered their insights and feedback. Her interviewing skills and natural demeanor make her one of the best at getting to the heart of client and internal staff issues. ​
Glenda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Arizona State University.
